Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be returned in it original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. All packages that are refused will be shipped back to you freight collect. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Returns
We will gladly accept a return but will charge a 10% restocking fee in addition to any un-reimbursed shipping charges. If you are making a return based on an error we made, we will gladly give you a full refund and pay for return shipping. Returns must be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS regular. No other method of return shipment will be reimbursed. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued. We reserve the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
We will gladly make exchanges on any new product. You will not be charged a restocking fee but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product.

Shipping Information
Delivery should be received within 1-5 business days of ship date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Rates are based on the weight of your order. When you check out, the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method you have selected.

Oversized items will be charged a “dimensional weight”. Sometimes bulky items, although light, are charged based on the space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle. Oversized items may be charged an additional fee.

Special shipping arrangements may be necessary for select locations. Hawaii and Alaska orders may only ship via UPS second day or next day air.

International Orders
Billing Verification
All International orders, or orders using International credit cards must be verified with the bank before shipping. Please allow 2-5 business days to verify all billing information. You will be contacted if the information cannot be verified, and may be asked to pay by wire transfer. All verifications are for your security. We appreciate your patience in processing your information.

Duties, Custom Fees and Taxes
All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

International Shipping Charges
All International shipping charges are estimated. You may be emailed after your order is placed for approval of exact shipping charges.

Instructions for Wire Transfer
You may be required or choose to pay by wire transfer. Please add $20 USD to your order to cover all wire transfer fees.
1) Place your order by e-mail or phone.
2) Instruct us that you will be paying by wire transfer and we will give you our wire transfer information. We will hold your order during this process.
3) Issue a wire transfer through your bank with the info below and add $20 USD to cover all wire transfer fees.
4) When your wire transfer is received your order will be released.
